January Challenge - Ensign Ro-

Although I don't possess the 3D skills that a lot of the fantastic artists here have, I figured I'd still make an entry for my own challenge. This is very much a work in progress but thought I'd give a peek. I'm drawing this using Adobe Flash CS5.

Don't feel bad about the 3-D stuff. If I enter I'm using really high-tech tools like pencils and paper and magic markers.

I like this so far. Do you plan to have the control stations in those structures along the walls?

Pencils, paper, and markers...the ORIGINAL tools of the trade. :-)

And, yes, there will be lots of controls along the walls.

I noticed something. Did you mean not to have the warp core extend below the deck, since I can't see it through the glass (or transparent aluminum) panels on the floor to the deck below?

Actually, the transparent floor was a late addition. I will be extending the warp core. :-)

Oh so I can't enter my chalk diagrams on a cave wall?

Great start Ro. I love this challenge!
