Kidding aside, I think ST2009 works for me. Or most of the time ST would work because I don't think people will mix it up with TOS.

The problem with that is, it's the term many of us use for the franchise in general.

I typically use ST: Eleven, or (increasingly) simply "Eleven."

I'm hoping that at some point Abrams will do with Eleven, what George Lucas did with first Star Wars movie, he added to the official title.

(I'm not suggesting Abrams use Star Trek: A New Hope.)
