I still can't believe that McElroy was sacked 11 times. There's more wrong with that team than it's quarterback play. Maybe start with an offensive line and some wide receivers?

There's a very, very slim chance that Sanchez hangs around as the #2 next year, while there's no chance that Tebow is around next year. Two coaching staffs and the great John Elway have seen Tebow play in practice and on the field, and they don't want him to be their starting QB. That's got to say something.

Apparently he hid the injury and only talked it over with teammates before coming clean to the trainers. Not smart medically, but you can see why he would do so as a marginal bench guy trying to make something out of a couple of starts.

The whole situation screams for cleaning house after the season. Blow it up an start over.

And, after 14 years of the good, the bad, the stupid, and the disappointment, the complicated career of Andy Reid as Eagles head coach has come to an end. He'll be praised for his number of wins, remembered for how often he called pass plays, and noted for his failure to ever win a championship (even after many good chances). He wasn't done in by the lack of Super Bowls, but by bad draft picks, a failure to replace one of the great defensive coordinators, and for tying himself to some questionable personnel. Obviously, there were good years, but I'm looking forward to the uncertainty of the future over what has been the present the past few years.
