Anyone remember the X-Men: First Class trailer? I don't think Kevin Bacon's villain (who featured heavily in the movie) was in the trailer at all.
Is it possible we just linked STID to Kevin Bacon in one degree, based on the trailer precedent?

Chris Pine was in Beyond All Boundaries with Kevin Bacon.

Rising or sinking???

So does Scotty turn the deflector dish into a wave motion gun, like on Space Battleship Yamato

It's a fan-made one. The artist made it and posted it here when the first trailer descriptions started popping up. It's really cool.

Ooh, good point! Still, I do feel justified in arguing that, for the general viewing public, coffins don't have windows. But I could be wrong.

Saw the teaser again tonight when I went to see The Hobbit. To my surprise the titlecard didn't feature the words Star Trek. So it looks like that Paramount in some ereas in Europe might try to sell this as just a SF flick instead of a Star Trek movie. A strange choice.

In certain corners of West Virginia it's certainly a "cousin' lovin' " enhancement.

My West Virginia State Trooper brother...

Would deffinately agree with you.

And it wouldn't just be cousins..., according to him.

West Virginia. Where family puts a smile on your face.

And sometimes a face on your smile.
