Fringe 5x08 - "The Human Kind" (Discussion, Spoilers!)

Peter reaps the consequences of spying on an Observer leader. Meanwhile, Olivia's search for another tape leads her to a woman who seems to be able to divine the future.

Greetings, everyone! Fringe is back, and it's hard to believe that after the installment, we have only five episodes remaining to the series. I suspect it's going to be a hell of a ride, but I'm getting sad about it coming to an end.

This season, filled with twists and emotion, has so far lived up to the hype, IMO. Hopefully, this will continue on to the end.

Looking forward to getting the band back together once again.

I've been rewatching the episodes on the Science channel and have been noticing some little hints along the way.

Can you share any of those hints you've discovered?

I didn't even realize there was a new Fringe until last night. I guess the TV Guide or Entertainment Weekly article on the finale should have tipped me off.

I'll be here this week but next week, despite my complaints, I'll be at The Hobbit.

There's an episode (title escapes me now) where a man had a mutant son, but all thought he was dead. He was actually underground and would grab people. Walter says something about losing a son.

There was one where Peter is dreaming of himself as a young boy. We see a poster on the wall about the shuttle Challenger's 11th mission, which never happened in our universe.

Interesting, I must've missed that detail. Good catch!
