Have the Bynars turned up in TrekLit post Destiny?

Have the Bynars turned up in TrekLit? I'd be curious to know how they fared after the Borg invasion. I always thought that it was unfortunate that they were not used after the appearance of the Borg.

I wonder how the Federation would view them after encountering the Borg. The Borg seem like the logical conclusion of where the Bynars were headed minus the megalomania.

Not that I know of. They were an integral part of Corps of Engineers but since that series' end...

Concerning the reaction of humanoid species towards these cyborgs, I think it is similar to how Ranul Keru treated and treats the Chobliks.
