I had a client meeting in southern New Jersey yesterday. So I decided to stop by Point Pleasant Beach. Here are a few pictures from where the Boardwalk use to be...

These are from a house around the corner from where I live, can't believe there are still trees against the house when the hurricane was over a month ago.

My oldest son Ian turned 4 today, I can't believe it. Time really does fly, I love him more then words can describe. How he has changed over the years...

Beard: Day 75

I was waiting in the drive-thru at Starbucks. And yes, my sunroof is open in the middle of December. Today is frickin' gorgeous.

I would love to try going 75 days without trimming my beard but I could never get away with it. Maybe I'll give it a try when I win the next Powerball.

Oy. I can't go two *weeks* without trimming my beard. It itches like a sumbitch if I wait too long. I don't know how Brian Wilson and/or ZZ Top manages to let their beards grow that long.

Itching only happens in the beginning because your skin is doing something it's not used to. After a few weeks, your skin adjusts to its new "environment," and the itching goes away. I've had a beard for about 5 years now, and it never itches.

Honestly, let it get long enough, and you don't even feel your face at all anymore!
