Vaguely familiar. Might be from when I was still lurking, before I finally signed up.

Re: Any old timers still around?

there used to be someone who'd quite regularly sign his posts with " 'nuff said". Can anyone remember who that was? I believe it was a male poster.

And is Geckoboy still around?? Such a nice guy!

Re: Any old timers still around?

right! How could I forget him?! I tried to google him but got no results Does anyone know his real name? Maybe we could find him that way. It's how I found PreatorX's twitter page.
And what happened to the matrixman? He was a rather nice kid once you got to know him. And wasn't there a poster named Unimatrix Zero as well?

And at the risk of receiving a warning: what became of Skinofevil? He might have been a troll but he had brains and was a pleasant chat partner and a surprisingly good houseman - we once had a chat about removing stains from the carpet, the difficulties of getting decent kitchen towels and swapping recipes for using up leftovers. LOL all the younger folks left the chatroom at Warp 10 that evening!

Wacky, I thought that the hard core of TK was not to be mentioned here. Looks like the board really has changed a lot over the last decade.

Re: Any old timers still around?

Wow that's a lot of contacts.

I know some of these names might not be familiar, but when talking about old timers who have moved on, I remember when the DS9 DVDs came out and the DS9 forum was pretty much rocking that entire year. Everyone was pretty much watching the series for the first time because it's never on syndication and the comadrie that took place there was something I will never forget. I still miss some of those people to this day.

^ She left because of that? I always just thought that was another joke thread and she was just having fun with it.

Are you sure you're not thinking of Arianwen?

Remember both posters. Not sure where matrixman is now. I did hear something about him a few years ago, that he had finished college was doing something with law.

And Unimatrix Zero is still in Tasmania - I think. Someone else asked about him. Haven't heard from him in a number of years.

Are on lonaf, if memory serves me correct.

Many have disappeared from the internet, while others like Evil Robert and Elysium are on facebook.

There are some names there I have forgotten about.

I don't think anyone's really talked about TrekBBS on TK for years now (or the other way around.) I don't think there's really any bad blood with anyone now.

Skin hasn't posted for years, sadly.

Matrixman has posted on REFCL and been in TK chat this year.

Cal posted on LONAF just the other day (I remember thinking "he hasn't posted in a while.") Plenty of the others you mentioned are still on LONAF/TK/REFCL.
