Photobucket's been having problems the past few days for me as well. I think they might be having technical issues.

I used photobucket yesterday and noticed that they completely reformatted their site from the last time I used it about a week ago.

They did reformat the site. It took me a couple of empty page loads before I was able to put that picture on there.

There's a link in the top right corner of your home page to revert to the original format if you don't like the new one or it's giving you trouble. This one does seem particularly slow to load.
