Re: PICTURE POST II!

I was in our new Fairway Market, just opened a few weeks ago. Its a great supermarket, love going there. However I got a real chuckle out of this sign, they have a whole aisle of British "stuff."

I'm picturing an aisle of nothing but crumpets.

I wouldn't be surprised to see a sign like that in Santa Monica, or anywhere with a similarly sizable British ex-pat population. It looks like there are quite a few Fairway Market stores with aisles or half-aisles dedicated to stocking British brands and specialties*.

* Or specialities, as the case may be.

The best British product ever is the Lion Bar. It is literally the only nostalgia food that ever tasted as good I remembered it years later.

The only time I ever had one, or have even seen one, was when I lived in Romania. It was good though!

And here's my morning cup of coffee being enjoyed in my new mug.

She is very lovely! You're pretty adorable yourself!
Also, I couldn't help but think "Hello, I'm Mr. Trek and this is Mrs. Trek. Come on in, pull up a groove, and get fabulous."

I like the New Zealand Marmite better (they are different).

I remember I used to eat plum yogurt when I was there, a flavor we have never had here.
