![]() As for sparkly vamps, I have never and will never watch Twilight, so to me that isn't even an option ![]() But enough of the Bieber hatred, and back to the thread. Who would you want cast?

Re: Who would you love to see cast in the next series?
Mira Furlan would make an excellent Vulcan or Andorian (Or even a Romulan) Fionnula Flannigan, we've seen as Cardassian and Vulcan, I'd like to see her as an Andorian Jefferey Combs hasn't done Romulan yet Ronnie Cox, I'd love to see him in one more Iconic role before he retires Michael Emerson could be great as a Gowron Relative (Or actually anyone in heavy prosthetics, because of his intense eyes) JG HErtzler as another Alien I third Morena Baccarain as T'Pring Yes, that list skews old, but, again, not main cast, and of course I'd settle for them as new Aliens

In fact, they should bring over the Political Animals cast wholesale. With the ratings, it probably won't get another season. |

Re: Who would you love to see cast in the next series?
Sigourney Weaver - Starfleet Admiral Carla Gugino - Romulan James Wolk - Vorta Sebastian Stan - Romulan spy pretending to be Vulcan Ciaran Hinds - Klingon Adrian Pasdar - aforementioned Cardassian Dylan Baker - weasly Fed bureaucrat Ellen Burstyn - Harry Mudd's ass-kicking space pirate momma Scary how easy that was.

Re: Who would you love to see cast in the next series?
I like Khandi Alexander or Giancarlo Esposito for the captain. Probably a little obvious to suggest Danny Pudi would be a shoo-in for a Vulcan.
Well... I love Claire Danes as Carrie Mathison and she'd be amazing as a Star Trek captain, but not so sold on making that character also unbalanced. It might be interesting to have a captain who did have a neurological illness of some kind, though, as it's obviously something we haven't had, but being Star Trek it'd no doubt be an illness that can be cleanly and regularly medicated.

It would also be cool to see Ciaran McMenamin in Trek. Tobias Menzies would make an excellent Vulcan. James Woods as a slimy but charismatic Section 31 operative. Jim Caviezel as a Romulan.
