Picard wore red usually and blue in Tapestry.
Riker wore red. (And gold if you count Tom Riker.)
Data wore gold usually and red in Redemption and Parallels.
Geordi wore red and gold.
Beverly wore blue.
Deanna wore blue.
Worf wore red and gold.
Tasha wore gold.
Miles wore red and gold.

...Wesley wore a uniform of sorts that had red, blue and gold on it. Is that the (trick) answer?

Unless you're talking about ST:TMP and TOS in general, Kirk has worn Gold (TOS), Blue (ST:TMP) and Red (TWoK and until ST: TUC). But that would not be a TNG question.

Beverly also wore red in All good things...

still doesn't help with the question though, as she never wore a yellow uniform..

troi wore red regularly but it wasn't a starfleet uniform

I agree with you, Tosk. I can't think of anybody. I think this question is invalid.

I remember noticing once that someone had worn all three colors at some point in TNG, but it escapes me right at the moment.

I really don't think so, unless it's some generic extra that most people wouldn't notice.

I can't recall anyone among the main cast or recurring guests that wore all three colors.

Picard never wore yellow, Riker never wore blue, Data never wore blue, Geordi never wore blue, Beverly never wore yellow, Troi never wore yellow, Worf never wore blue, Tasha never wore red or blue, O'brien never wore blue, Barclay never wore red or blue (in tng anyway, i never watched voyager), Wesley never wore blue, Ro never wore blue or yellow, Ogawa never wore red or yellow...

How about Wesley? Wasn't his Acting Ensign uniform a blueish color? I'm partially color blind so if it's not, just say so no eye rolling or making fun. Then he was in red when Picard made him and ensign and in Gold in one of the universes in Parallels.

I know Bob Picardo wore all three colours. Blue for the EMH, Gold for Doctor Zimmerman and red for Someone else can ask now...
