I have a question on the no-two-people under one user name rule. Does that apply to conjoined twins who can't actually type at the same time, or are there more detailed rules covering how conjoined they have to be to register as a single user (joined at the head, etc)?

Also, do members of a hive-mind collective register as one user or billions of them?
