^I love rooibos tea.

And I cannot comprehend why anyone would want to give up caffeine.

In my case, it was because even small amounts of caffeine were causing headaches, anxiety -- almost full-blown panic attacks -- and other nasty side effects. As much as I loved coffee, it wasn't worth it.

^Nope, eventually even the tiny amount of caff in decaf affected me! Luckily I like herbal teas.

I unfortunately have chronic gastritis. Which I probably got from drinking prodigious amounts of coffee in the first place.

Caffeine keeps aggravating it so I gotta quit. I don't want to, of course. This has been going on two years and I've just been persevering through the pain for the sake of energy drinks.

Picked up some satays at Whole Foods, and some "natural" soda pop, which tasted like cough syrup.

Happy Canadian Thanksgiving Day, by the way.
Thank you. Huge supper, lots of snacks and booze and 4 ballgames. It was a great day.
