Yeah, considering that was kind of a West Coast thing. I'm sure he's got some 8-tracks still laying around the lab as well.

Good catch, that's why he looked so damn familiar.

Re: Fringe 5x02 - "In Absentia" (Live Commentary, Spoilers)
That said, I'm really confused by the amber process. It clearly just creates a protective coating around things, else the de-ambering processes we've seen wouldn't work whatsoever. So... how does it perfectly preserve living flesh, let alone human beings? I mean, it would have to completely stop the brain and every system inside the body... even though it's just coating them externally. |

Re: Fringe 5x02 - "In Absentia" (Live Commentary, Spoilers)
I loved all of the LOST references: Upwards camera shot of Walter and Peter looking down the hatch (seriously, I'm surprised no one mentioned this already), Eric Lange (aka Stuart Radzinsky), Agent Foster's gruesome fate (I guess this sadly means no more Henry Ian Cusick, unless somehow that head is actually still alive and not muscles and nerves moving), and the old video tape telling the viewers mysterious, incomplete information.
