Aquaman #0 was basically Arthur's origin story and it teases the origins of the current Who Sunk Atlantis story...that's probably why it might've felt incomplete (I disagree in this case).

    Read "Action."

Really enjoyed it. Both the primary story and the secondary one.

... Did I miss where/when the FoS went from the BRAINIAC ship in orbit to being the crystalline fortress we all know and love in the arctic?

Welcome to the writing of Grant Morrison. If you don't feel like you missed an issue, then you weren't paying attention.

Action Comics #13 was probably the first time that I can say that I teared up during a Morrison written story. KRYPTO!!!

Morrison was really channeling All-Star Superman, especially in the moment where Superman (we're told) never breaks a promise.

This takes place in the present I think. The events of the first story took place several years in the past.

Yep the present arc takes place in the "Now" of the 52'Verse while the first arc took place roughly around six or so years in the past. The timeline I posted earlier does a good job of placing events.

So... Basically the idea behind Power Girl is that she's hot and her clothes get shredded a lot, right?

I feel like it's a meta critique of the stupid costume the Powers That Be designed for her.

He's the artist/writer on the current Detective Comics right? I've looked through some of the previews on Comixology, and he's ok. I've seen worse, but I've definitely seen better. I don't think I'd go so far as to call him great.

He was the writer on "Detective Comics". He just left...I don't think he was the artist. I won't say that he's an excellent artist. He's a decent artist and terrible writer.

Comixology says Tony Salvador Daniel did the writing, pencils, and covers for at least the first 3 or 4 issues, and number 12. There might have been some other artists or writers between those issues, they were the only ones I looked at.

I don't mind the suit as a temporary thing, but I really wish angry, Satan-eyed Superman would go away.
