Actually I did. But it was such a short run and so low profile I did not count it.

What about The Walking Dead? The Graphic Novelist has been heavily involved since Day 1, and it's starting it's 3rd Season in a few weeks

Okay, Superhero series is what I meant.

While I aware of Blade and have seen very little of Walking Dead. I am not a fan of horror. I would not group this with either of those.

Oh, OK, yea, Superhero Live Action Series narrows it down alot more than Comics Live Action Series

Fans of DC Entertainment and The CW network's last big superhero TV show have already acclimated themselves to the adventures of "Smallville" continuing on their tablets thanks to the digital-first, canonical "Season 11" comic updating each week. But starting this Fall, the practice will also extend to the latest team-up between
comic publisher and TV network.

CBR News has exclusive first word that in October, DC will launch a brand-new "Arrow" digital comic series which will tie into the new CW show reinventing DC Comics superhero Green Arrow. The "Arrow" comic series debuts on DC's comiXology-powered app on October 10, the same
day that the series' pilot episode bows in prime time, and it will be written by executive producers, showrunners and comic scribes Marc Guggenheim and Andrew Kreisberg with art starting out under the brush of legendary artist Mike Grell before Sergio Sandoval and Jorge Jimenez take over interior duties on subsequent issues. The series will sell at $0.99 a chapter online, while monthly print editions
collecting several installments will start on November 28 for $3.99.

My interest in this show just dropped another notch.

If there's even a remote chance that I'll have to subscribe to the digital comic to get the whole story of what's going on in the show, then I may as well not even invest any time in watching it at all.

I'm sure that people can skip the comics and just watch the show and not miss out on all that much or not even miss a thing. Anything they put in the comics that's necessary to the show will be explained in the show.

I really don't think that's going to be the case at all. It's more of a deal of providing more Arrow for fans who will want to buy digital comics or comics instead of not telling the full story on the TV series. It looks like it's going to be extra stuff, like a lot of media tie-in fiction.

Though perhaps the digital series can provide more back story or bridge episodes or series, providing an incentive for the show's fans to read them, but even if they did that I don't think it's going to hamper what the show is doing. I do think a digital prequel would be a cool idea, or something between seasons.

Deadshot was separated from his bat roots when he was added to the Suicide Squad by Ostrander in the 80s, and became popular in his own right.
