Hey ask the writers that question. I'm not the one who made him socially inept, actively disinterested whenever a woman expresses desire for him, and made him suffer more than O'brien did on TNG/DS9.

I don't hate Janeway. I just think she can be dumb at times and is definitely evil.

I liked Neelix. He cooked for the crew, helped their morale, he did a lot for them. Even got Tuvok to sort of dance for him at the end, when he left the ship.

Sure he freeloaded the hell off them, but he was a genuine character.

However I cannot imagine this guy naked loving a Klingon woman. I don't care how carefree and open minded people are in the 24th century.

I can't even picture it.

Their style of bedroom does not fit Neelix's personalty at all. Neelix is one of those people that wants to spend two hours on foreplay pleasantries.
