Here's hoping it's just a typo....

They're not going to have a full Bond sequence to start the movie without a pretitle sequence. The audience will get bored waiting for something to start.

The Turkey bike/train chase is the Pre-credit, so don't worry about there not being one...

Yeah, I do unfortunately feel like we've seen quite a lot of the PT sequence now.

Well depends where the climax is, if its where I think it is then we have seen a fair bit, but I haven't heard many snippets from the script so I may be completely off target.

Well the trailer does show a lot from the climax, if you sit down and analyze it. In other words it's mostly shown in quick half second shots. If you're not really looking, you will miss it.
