Re: The TNG Quiz

Thought I'd try to restart this thread, so: What was the last episode of the series that Barclay appeared in?

Genesis? With Barclay's good old fashioned Protomorphosis Syndrome...

Which episode titles reference a major character by name?

Not to mention Elementary Dear Data, Datalore, Data's Day, A Fistful of Data, Ensign Ro, and all the Q-titled episodes.

Re: The TNG Quiz

So would the answer be: Ménage à Troi, Elementary Dear Data, Datalore, Data's Day and A Fistful of Datas? Ro and Q being recurring characters and not main characters not counting.

Re: The TNG Quiz

They didn't say main character, they said major character.

Re: The TNG Quiz

Tosk is closest.

The correct list is:

'Hide and Q', 'Datalore', 'Elementary, Dear Data', 'Q Who', 'Deja Q', 'Sarek', 'Ménage à Troi', 'Data's Day', 'Qpid', 'Ensign Ro', 'True Q', 'A Fistful of Datas'.

Nobody mentioned Sarek.

Q, Ro, and Sarek while not regular characters, were indeed major characters.

Re: The TNG Quiz

Aww, I was gonna put Sarek in there, but only held back because he wasn't a major TNG character. But I guess two appearances count for a lot with a legacy character.

Of any recurring characters of TNG, which ones appeared in any other Trek show?

Gul Evek
Lursa & B'Etor
Gowron
Sarek

Taking your definition of recurring in TNG to mean appearing more than once but not a main char, otherwise I could expand that list to a lotta different people.

Re: The TNG Quiz

Lwaxana Troi in a few episodes of DS9.
Will Riker in Voyager - Death Wish.
(Tom Riker in DS9 - Defiant.)
Q in DS9 - Q-Less and several Voyager episodes.
Picard in the DS9 pilot.
Barclay and Troi in several Voyager episodes.
Riker and Troi in that horrible Enterprise finale.
Worf and O'Brien in quite a few DS9 episodes, obviously.
Admiral Nechayev appeared in DS9 as well.
Gul Evek appeared only once in TNG I think, but he was in several DS9 episodes and the Voyager pilot.

Spock and Sarek each appeared in two TNG episodes, so you might call them recurring. They appeared in TOS of course.

Re: The TNG Quiz

The only other one I had in mind was Keiko O'Brien, so that's a good list, Inkling.

R.Star, even leaving out TNG regulars (I admit it could have gone either way with my wording, sorry), Ink bested you on this one.

Ink, you're up!
