I believe the Tartakovsky series is C-canon. I do know that T-canon was a new term minted in relation to the CGI cartoon, due to George Lucas' involvement (and the series rewriting a number of canon issues from its first year on, usually at George's behest).

Perhaps the line shouldn't be taken too literally. After all Jedi can only have one Padawan. Perhaps Yoda was referring to this relationship rather than the Sith as a whole

That tier would make more sense, especially since TCW doesn't seem to be entirely compatible with the Tartakovsky series. Thanks for the correction.

It seems worthy of note that Bane was inspired by Revan's holocron. In Revan and Malak's Sith, there may have been many "Sith" but there were only two Darths. After Revan's capture by the Jedi the two Darths were Malak and Bandon.

To be honest though...Yoda does seem to be well versed in the Sith. Hell, he's even able to deal with force lightning directly.

Some have sugested that Yoda may have done what Luke does in the Dark Empire series...and that's take a stroll on over to the dark side in order to full understand his opponents.

In the games, lightning is always a dark side power. Selecting it from the powers menu gives you Darkside points in the shooters and you can't take it at all unless you rape a sufficiently large number of puppies in the RPGs.

The only other person who uses it without being insanely pointlessly evil is Kyle Katarn and he doesn't count because he's a totally broken mary sue.
