That is a pretty healthy/low cal meal, though!

The sauce on the chop is high in sodium, but that's the only bad thing. All the fat was trimmed off before cooking.

Some really bland skillet-dinner that was mostly vegetables with a little shrimp in it. I wasn't impressed.

Some microwavable four-cheese lasagna with some potato salad and ice water.

Chef Boyardee ravioli.

Don't normally eat the stuff, but... I had a craving.

Apricot dumplings (potato dumplings made only from cooked potatoes, filled with an apricot each, cooked in slighly salted water and rolled in crispily fried breadcrumbs, served with cinnamon and sugar)

I made some homemade chili in a crock pot. I ate that with soda crackers and butter with ice water.

More bread and wine. I should start cooking again, this is getting tiresome.

I hear ya.. When you gotta have Chef, you gotta have Chef.. I can eat the ravioli cold out of the can...

I was on my own last night, so I chopped up the last couple handfuls of spinach as well as some cherry tomatoes and then sauteed them (using Pam) with some freshly roasted green chile.. I whipped up a quick omelete and stuffed the mixture into it along with the last piece of homemade turkey breakfast sausage.. DELISH!!
