This is one of my favourite episodes...
The concept of a personification of Fear was a great idea and its quite a thrilling plot. I also liked the scenes with the EMH as he explains Fear how to use a scalpel. But the most memorable part for me was indeed this last scene with Janeway defeating Fear. Amazing! So much presence and power just because of the way she uses her voice (and the way she looks at Fear). She is superior with a whisper, where other would raise their voices.
