I have the bonus music (at least all of the tracks Wikipedia lists) but I'm pretty sure that piano piece isn't part of it.

I just bought the novel. Can't wait to read it. It will be like watching the movie with deleted scenes

^Greg said his novelization is amazingly close to the movie. Apparently the script he was given was followed pretty closely by Nolan.

Most likely "Mind if I Cut In". I swear it's in there because one of the things that I have loved most about the score is the use of piano in that specific track. Pretty sure it is from the trailer in question.

Is that one of those novelizations that end right in the middle of the movie? Too many movie novelizations have done that over the years, the latest was The Avengers. It pisses me off so much because it ends up being a complete waste of time.

Greg's novelization is not that like. As mentioned above the novel follows the film very closely.
