TNZ can be a bit of a rough and tumble place, filled with all manner of discussions about religion, politics, and the like. Keep in mind that while most folks are good, some are definitely trolls, and you should just let the negative roll off your back. Still, if you remember the adage "listen twice, speak once", you'll do just fine.

I'm an everything fan. If it bears the name Star Trek(minus the travesty that is nuTrek)I love it

I quickly learned that I love Voyager ten times more than the average Trekkie. Which I don't understand. It might be the weakest of the series, but I still think it's great.

Anyway, hi. You may call me Xip. I'm 24 years old and currently attend college for my bachelor degree in science (Policy, management and technology specialized in IT). I live in the Netherlands and my native language is Dutch. I used to live in the US though, so my English is pretty decent.

How I got into Star Trek? Guess that's my dad's doing. He once bought video's (yes, that long ago) with episodes of Star Trek Voyager when I was a kid. I discovered that there was a channel broadcasting Voyager and later also Star Trek Enterprise, I got hooked. My dad later got me DVD boxes of Voyager and TOS. My favorite series is TOS and I love the current reboot in the films. I haven't gotten into Deep Space 9 and Next Generation just yet, but I'm planning on getting the DVD boxes of those too.
