I was contacted by Johnathan Connor, he is the chapter president for USS Karme, a chapter of STARFLEET, International.
They are represented in the fictional world of Trek by the Luna-Class.

He wanted me to create a logo for their chapter.

Heh, kind of funny how I recently added the Karme to my comprehensive list for keeping track of and organizing Federation vessels.
I Wiki-ed moons, and I didn't find any moons with the name Karme, but a Jovian moon with the name Carme, which would be a fitting name for a Luna class. I'm guessing that someone probably made a mistake, or used a lesser utilized spelling, but given that the Karme shows up the most widely under NCC-80117, that is the identification I've accepted for that registry, misspelling or not.

I just go by what the client gave me. Actually I like this spelling bettere than Carme...lol. If he wants to change the spelling I will be more than happy to do that for him.

Here is my latest commission for kclcmdr

He wanted a Heavy Raider type of starship.


With the Empire in constant expansion and with the threat from the Klingon/Romulan Star Alliance heating up.
The Imperial Starfleet needed a fleet of ships that could be press into service quickly. So they designed the
Korolev Class Heavy Raider. They are pretty much all Engines and Weapons, with no creature comforts at all. They utilizes
the core star drive from an Luna class frigate without the saucer section as well as impulse drives based off of the
Intrepid Prototype platform.

They all are armed to the teeth and sport phaser, mega phasers, quantum torpedo launchers as well as standard torpedo
launchers.

The crew share cramped quarters since there is little room for anything else on these Powder Kegs with Nacelles.
Typically they are know as the "fleet with no future". If you are assigned to on of these raiders the odds of you returning
form a mission are not in you favor.

They usually are sent in to clean out a sector by any means possible. If that mean a suicide run that is what they are there for.

Typically if you survive long enough on a heavy raider of this class you are deemed worthy in the fleet. So you
see that most of the Officers that survive are well sot after on the ships of the line that patrol the rest of the Terran Empire.
Most end up as Tactical Officers or Engineers.

WOW!! I have never had so many request for commissions at once. For the ones that I have already and completed I hope you like what I came up with for you. And for the ones still waiting thank you for you patience while I get to you.

My next three are logo designs then I have 8 custom characters and a couple of ships. Again thank you all for you support and orders for art.
