Teri Hatcher was born in Sunnyvale, California. The daughter of a physicist and a computer programmer, she initially studied math and engineering at a San Francisco area community college before the acting bug bit. Hatcher later enrolled at the American Conservatory Theatre. She got her start in the entertainment industry as a cheerleader for the San Francisco 49ers football team in 1984. Next up for Hatcher was a role as a mermaid dancer on the popular television show "The Love Boat," which led to a recurring role as Penny Parker on the action-adventure series "MacGyver." Hatcher had her first book published in 2006. Entitled "Burnt Toast and Other Philosophies of Life," she shares much of what she has learned about life and love with her readers.

Way up. By coincidence last night I was channel surfing an came across the movie Tango and Cash with Teri Hatcher in it. I think she was around 25 when she made that movie and she was so hot in it. Still is. And still my favorite Lois Lane ever.

I have been a fan of hers for years. She is definitely my favorite Lois Lane, and I did like her also in Desperate Housewives(though I watched only the 1st season of that).

A lot of people remember her guest appearance on Seinfeld, but don't forget, she also appeared on Star Trek: The Next Generation as transporter officer B.G. Robinson.
