Re: The TNG Quiz

It's been 24 hours.

The answer I was looking for was "Heart of Glory" and the order was O'mat Gri T'M pffiots -- unless there was an earlier appearance of the replicator I overlooked. Anyone else can go ahead and ask another question.

Re: The TNG Quiz

Of the main characters seen here, who is the only one to have never had both their birth parents mentioned or shown by name, on screen?

Beverly Crusher

In what episode after Season 2 was Dr Pulaski referenced?

The case could be made for Data, as well, as he wasn't technically "born" but built/assembled.

True, but Noonien and Juliana where 'considered' Data's parents (creators) and Beverly's parents where never named.

BTW, correct. Your turn.

Re: The TNG Quiz

I know we're pulling strings here, but the question asked was about birth parents specifically. You could make the case for Worf and Mogh as Mogh was never depicted on screen, but was mentioned several times. Data was not born though. As I said before, he was built and/or assembled. Pulling strings to be sure, but there's a difference.

Re: The TNG Quiz

This might be a bit too vague... What visual effect was used repeatedly throughout the series, but was also, simultaneously used --again, repeatedly throughout the series-- as two effects representing two completely different things?

Re: The TNG Quiz

Is it Q power activation and the Ent-D going to warp? Specifically, the white flash associated with those things?

What is the first episode, by air date, in which the phasers of Enterprise-D are fired?

Wouldn't Troi also be correct?

We've seen her mother many times and her father, Ian, had been mentioned and was seen in Dark Page.

Re: The TNG Quiz

THe question was about BOTH parents not being mentioned or seen. Since we saw Lwaxana many times, and she and Troi's father were also mentioned from time to time, Troi wouldn't work as an answer to the question the way it was asked.

D'oh!

Read it wrong. Please return to the game.
