LOL I agree, this thread is beyond stale, going around in circles.
I've already linked an interview where Biller openly says that it was the studio who wanted to get rid of Kes, and he didn't mention that she was difficult to write for and actually the contrary. So what more is there to discuss.

I thought this was supposed to be the big unspoken secret? Now it's a lot less fun to see the dog chasing its own tail.
