Courteney Cox grew up with three older siblings in Mountain Brook, an affluent Alabama town. She did not exercise her taste for acting until she dropped out of the architecture program at Mount Vernon College. Landing a contract with the prestigious Ford Modeling Agency led Cox to several commercial appearances. Her first official role arrived in 1984 when she was cast as a young debutante in one episode of the long-running soap opera "As the World Turns." Her big break, however, was rooted in director Brian De Palma's decision to feature Cox as the girl pulled from the audience in Bruce Springsteen's "Dancing in the Dark" video.

Cougar Town focuses on newly divorced mom, Jules Cobb (Courteney Cox). After spending her 20s raising her son, a newly divorced Jules tries to find the balance between having her 20s in her 40s, raising her son, dealing with her ex, running a business, and helping a host of other wonderful characters through their own trials. Encouraged into action by her best friend Ellie Torres (Christina Miller) and her garish assistant, Laurie Keller (Busy Phillips), Jules enters back into the dating scene only to struggle with her ideas (and societies) about how to behave when you are 40 and single.

15 years ago I thought she would make a good Wonder Woman. She reminds me of Lynda Carter.

I'm going with.... Sideways.

And that's after seriously contemplating a genuine "down" vote all on looks. The pictures up there are mostly good but there was a period there during "Friends" where she was rail-thin and constantly had a look of matted, greasy, pitch-black hair with no highlights or variation in it. It was not a good look, toward the end of "Friends" she sort of got some looks back but, I dunno, when she was thin she never looked as "toned" as Jennifer Aniston did when her weight went down/redistributed as the her and the show got popular.

CC most often just got skinny and anorexic looking.

The pictures up there mostly look good and from what I've seen of "Cougar Town" she looks good, and she's a funny enough actress that she made Monica somewhat bearable.

So, yeah, Sideways.

I first saw her in Masters of the Universe and she looks pretty much the same as she did back then.

I don't watch Cougar Town, but I'm familiar with this clip and I'm officially declarining it my favorite Courteney Cox moment.
