^ If we're going strictly by names, I'd say Vaughn Armstrong as Vaughn.

(seriously. VA is my favorite actor of all time. He gets all the props. He could definitely play Elias V.)

I'm with JWolf on this one. I picked Bruce Boxleitner for Vaughn years ago, and I still haven't heard anybody I like better.
