I'm part of a Chicago comedy group that improvises and records a new episode set in the TNG/DS9 era every week. We take our titles suggestions from twitter and facebook, record an episode, and put it on itunes the following week with sound effects and music.

Not really fanfic - better suited to fan-productions I think since that forum deals with visual and audio media and this one with the written word.
