Since I still had some wine from the first go-around, I made my second Chicken Marsala. I love how the menu's "prep time" says 10 minutes. My prep time was the better part of an hour.. and well worth it

Mom made mac & cheese, and I made a salad, and then we had leftover Yorkshire pudding, and even later, ice cream. It was great, but I can feel my arteries hardening as I type this.

It's close enough to midnight to call my last dinner "last night" so here's what I had:

Two chimichongas, some potato salad, corn chips and a leftover tostada from last week.

It was my birthday yesterday and with all my friends busy working I decided to stay home and order pizza. Had a medium Meatball Pizza from Panago with Vanilla Coke.
