Actually it's from Shatnertage's DS9 review thread. When he reviewed the episode Starship Down, someone joked about how Avery Brooks and Nana Visitor must have had sore faces after filming it because the episode ends with Sisko and Kira smiling at each other with the biggest possible grins on their faces.

So, I whipped out my "amazing Photoshop talents" to exaggerate the joke.
