I'll have to try to check this out tomorrow when we're down there. I'm guessing this may be on the 9th Street set, but I could be wrong.

I'm really starting to wish something would come film here in AZ. I would love to be able go down and see a movie being filmed. I know the Jamie Fox, Jennifer Garner movie The Kingdom filmed here a few years back, but that was in the middle of a highway, where you can't really just wander down and see what there is to see.

I hear ya, JD. This is the first opportunity that I've ever had to be anywhere near a movie set, let alone be able to get close enough to shot pix.

One thing I forgot to mention earlier is a report in today's PD that in addition to all the stuff downtown and blowing up additional stuff in Parma (south of Cleveland), Marvel plans to shoot in a scene in another Cleveland location that will double as a Russian stronghold.

Love to know where that is! I suspect that before the month's out, we'll know just where that site is. Off the top of my head, I can't think of any places that could easily pass as a Russian stronghold around here... Though there IS a large population of Russians in nearby Mayfield Heights.

The color looks better in those shots, and you can see more detail in the costume. It's not nearly as offensive.

Love the Classic back to back shot with Cap and Thor,I said earlier I hope there's a scene where Cap picks up Thor's Hammer I also would like to see Thor or Ironman use Cap's Shield.

I do hope that's this is a sign that the Avengers will actually be working together,my fear was that most of the movie will have each Avenger or just small groups working separately only coming together at the end,I want most of this movie to be the whole team kicking ass!!

From the pics and video we've seen so far, it looks to me like Cap starts out fighting these guys on his own for a while, then Thor shows up to back him up.

I wonder if the Hulk or Iron Man are lurking nearby, or engaged elsewhere.

Offensive? I never understood when people throw this claim. It is one thing to not care for something, but to actually deem it offensive? It's just a movie. Its not like Cap is wearing a KKK mask in an intentionally positive light to represent America.

I read a piece that said RDJ is mostly finished or has finished his TA shooting.

With most of his work on "The Avengers" now done, Robert Downey Jr. tells The Los Angeles Times that he's already talking about where Tony Stark will go next in "Iron Man 3".

They have been shooting since the first of May, can't believe this has all come together as planned.

from what i read on CBR, this starts with Cap solo and then Thor comes in to back him up.

yeah im pretty sure they are going to be replaced by CGI, dont ask how I know that, its just a very strong feeling.
