I mean, if we play up the parody angle, you'd want to go for someone really hot and not care about acting experience or ability. So I'm thinking... Kate Upton.

Assuming TPTB wouldn't think he was too old.

Doctor Stew 2 - Whole Buncha Doctors

Doctor Stew and all the previous Doctors, again played by Stewie, ist quite good, but the shots of the TARDIS in space are amazing, when you consider this isnt Doctor Who or Family Guy.
