Cool. I don't remember the Elite Force graphics to look that good.

Looks great so far. I'm one of the few that hasn't had the chance to play both games myself but have seen the game play and other scenes on Youtube.

You are right. Although I enjoyed that game immensely, the graphics were not nearly the quality that this gentleman is creating. His work is superb.

You're all correct. Elite Force was made about a decade ago, using lower resolution textures and a level editor that was vastly inferior to the one I'm using.

Building the warp core now. Will post screens as soon as it's done.

Engineering2

Well that was a pain to model, texture, etc.

Moving onto the deuterium fuel supply tank behind the warp core, then I can concentrate on all the other parts of engineering.

This is one of the absolute best, if not the best looking map I have seen for Elite Force.

Donny, I am a huge fan of your work. So crisp, clean, and accurate. Some really beautiful stuff there.

Re: Virtual Enterprise D for Star Trek Voyager: Elite Force - WIP

Thanks, Ensign Ro!

Since I was a kid, it was my dream of being able to walk around the Enterprise. I'm aiming to be as accurate as possible, so that if this map is ever released, those of you with that same dream can feel like you're really there.

And even better...once all the main areas are built, I will be able to use the map as a launchpad for a single-player storyline. Lots of work to be done though!

I honestly get chills when testing out this map...

The rest of Engineering is coming along. Now going through the laborious process of making the many different LCARS displays littered around the area.

LCARS, LCARS, LCARS....

Each of these panels take over an hour to make. But the good part? They are all animated and shiny in-game.
