New TAS comic

Here is a preview of Startrekanimated.com's upcoming Star Trek TAS comic "Murder on Tuesday". This will be slightly different than the previous issues we have put out. First, this will be a comic strip, released as we go, as opposed to a comic book. Also, it will be our first mystery story.

Re: New TAS comic

Odd ... I could almost hear the music from the animated series playing as I read that. Very nice.

Now ... go on!

Nice work! The banter between McCoy and Spock was spot-on.

One minor quibble - Spock has TOS/TAS captain's braids on his sleeves in one panel (Two solid, one broken stripes). He should have commander's braids - two solid stripes.

Other than that, very well done!

Good catch on the braid. I'll fix that.

"I'll stop doing it when it stops being funny!" Beautiful dialog.
I don't recall McCoy saying anything like it before, but I can hear him saying it.

I don't know, I think there is too much movement in this compared to the original animation!

I take that as a great compliment. I've always said McCoy's "voice" is the hardest to capture in TOS fiction. To me it can make or break a story.

He's just that damn good!

Thanks to all who said they were looking forward to a new comic. It's always nice to hear people enjoy our stuff.
Should I post some character artwork, or do you think it would spoil it?
