I have to admit, even though I understand the meme, I thought the vomiting was a bit much. The first two panels are funny, a fine example of the meme. The second two are open to the interpretation that Riker is sickened by seeing Geordi's eyes. So much so, that there is no clue one way or the other. Only the person who drew it knows for sure.
