Re: The new Post Your Desktop thread

This week's selection, something wintry:

I just really like the lighting and the colors. It's peaceful.

Re: The new Post Your Desktop thread

I just made a new one today. As I didn't get a wall calendar for this year, I've decided to turn my desktop into a calendar with pictures I can choose myself. I spend a lot of my time in front of my computer, anyway. This is my January calendar sheet:

(It's a screen shot from the RSC Hamlet DVD. I recently rewatched it and am still in a Hamlet mood.)

^ Like it!

Personally, I am a big fan of the shot right before his To Be soliloquy. The one with the very sharp contrasts.

The winter Tardis is still going strong for me:

I considered this as well but I really dig the t-shirt.

I always wondered how they came up with it. I sort of suspect it's Tennant's own and the director really liked it.

Hm, never thought of that. Got any special reason to believe that or just gut feeling?

It's just a guess because Tennant sometimes wears nerdy t-shirts and it would fit. I can't remember whether it was explained somewhere and I haven't listened to the audio commentary on the DVD, yet.
