Re: I.S.S. Titan & I.S.S. Ares
You know I wasn't a fan of your ship from the outset. I admit to a certain lack of vision as to how truly good the design was because it wasn't a beautiful design. (which is what I wanted) But as I saw it come to life it became apparent as too how well thought out it was. It exceeds far over the Sovereign and Prometheus and maybe the best designed along side Galaxy and Intrepid. It maybe for no official capacity but I'd hate to see this be the sole splash in the ocean as far as big projects are concerned. |

Re: I.S.S. Titan & I.S.S. Ares
******UPDATE************************** DO NOT DO COMMISSION FOR SHARI WOODS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She paid via paypal, then when she received the Digital File from me she had paypal withdraw the payment. I contacted her and she said it was her bank that took the money back and it wasn't her fault. I arranged for her to send a check, she said she would send payment via snail mail, have not received payment as of yet. She does not return emails now. So again DO NOT ACCEPT COMMISSIONS FROM SHARI WOODS!!! Sincerely Sean Tourangeau

Damn that sucks Sean. I would have taken that money out before she had taken it back. But that is messed up through. |

What pisses me off is that she paid initially and once I delivered the final art she pulled the money. Really Low if you ask me.

Re: I.S.S. Titan & I.S.S. Ares
I haven't run into this particular issue myself (although I have been stiffed on invoices for my work in the past and I definitely know what you're experiencing here), however PayPal does have a "Resolution Center" where you can dispute a transaction. If all your interactions with this woman are via email, you have an active paper trail that you can use to prove your case and maybe get some recompense. Don't know if it will work, but there is that option. Give it a whirl and see what shakes loose. Good luck and let us know what happens. I am genuinely curious to see if it works... |
