I placed an order on Amazon yesterday for the Battlestar Galactica Blu-ray series set. Today I purchased the Dr. Strangelove Blu-ray, which I'll be watching for the first time ever (and for my politics & film class) tomorrow.

Today I had to go on eBay to find a few packs of Trivial Pursuit's Junior question cards.
Apparently not a single toy store is selling them anymore. Bah.

A fire-resistant lock box (for important documents)
A computer chair
Some nice dishes, glassware, and flatware
Some vanilla parfum de maison for my lampe berger
A small french-press coffeemaker
Two tins of Tazo Vanilla Rooibos

It was a good day. I got everything I wanted except a haircut and beard trim. The barber closed five minutes before I arrived. Boy, was I mad.

But some intensive retail therapy helped me resolve my anger issues.

What’s more surprising is that a few Starbucks were actually CLOSED in Fresno this year, by Starbucks. Not sure why.

It’s strange when there’s a Starbucks (not just ANY coffee place) in a store ... and then another in the same shopping area. Just seems strange
