How about this?

At some point I may design trophies for each category...and a second place trophy if there is a tie.

[edit] I might use an image of the ship for the Episode Theme, image of the crew for TOS Theme and a off the wall image for the Random theme...I am going to use Kirk with Tribbles for a second place trophy. I might have these ready by the end of the next contest.

Edit: Maybe you could get "TOS Avatar Contest" in there somewhere (if it doesn't ruin the layout)?
