Lor'Vela, I first discovered that quote from Napoleon in a game called Civilization IV and ever since, whenever I see it, I crack up. Thank you for that.

Oh, Napoleon. You.
That is precisely where I got the quote from.

Last night, we had pork chops pan-seared in cast iron, with toasted Italian bread points, hearts of romaine salad with olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing, and fresh applesauce.

For tonight, I have a bone-in pork roast sitting in the crock pot over white and sweet onions, fresh potatoes, and chopped garlic (all the vegetables came from the farmers' market). That'll be dished up with boiled sweet corn, fresh stuffing and another salad.

Mexican Chicken sounds interesting. What's in it (besides chicken)?

Did a Cobb Salad last night as an unexpected dinner at Village Inn as VI is only a block from the ER.
