Raspberries and strawberries topped off with low fat, organic natural yoghurt. The raspberries were actually sweet for once!

Grilled chicken breast with rosemary lemon butter sauce, broccolini and arugula.

As a side note, I love that the spell-check function recognizes neither "broccolini" or "arugula" as real words.

^ Been cutting out the sugar and the yeast (low tolerance right now) so I've had to get imaginative with my snacks.

Note to self -- while cast-iron skillets are wonderful for a great many uses, a non-stick skillet would have worked better for those pork chops.

Fucking Christ, one side of the breading got scorched to hell and back. I'm amazed it didn't ignite.
