- whole wheat catelli spaghetti (approx 2 cups each) - Stagg Vegetarian Chili (1 can) - fresh cut salsa (incl. tomatoes, garlic, cilantro, onion and chili) - some shredded mozzarella - piece of whole wheat toast w/margarine Makes a delicious and nutritious post-workout dinner!
