The fact that Spock's not supposed to be sexy is what does it for me. There he is all prim with his utilitarian haircut and intimidating intelligence, and you just know he's an animal underneath. He's a challenge-- what must you do to break that stoic exterior? Granted, nuSpock flipped his lid pretty easily, but under normal circumstances (normal being not a day during which his planet was blown up), I assume he's enticingly resistant to any sort of emotional goading.

Eh, I'm a weird girl, what can I say.

That was actually a very large part of Spock as Nimoy portrayed him. Love them both!!!

Saw this on LJ. Thought some of you might get a giggle out of this gossip blog article, its kind of equal parts funny and disturbing:

"And last night Madonna decided that Zachary Quinto would be her pet."

Funny and disturbing, indeed. Anyone wish they got invited to the kind of parties which get written about by someone like that?

*shudders at the thought* It just sounds nightmarish doesn't it? Reading that article it makes me think of a 1930's society column and I suspect that these "celebrity" gatherings have similar rules of social etiquette with everyone vying to be noticed by the right people.

Well, that story would be more interesting if she had stripped him down, strapped a leather studded collar about his neck, slave chain and whatnot and strolled around LA with him. Do people still care about what Madonna does? *chuckles*

Yeah, you're more of a lilac kind of guy. Brings out your eyes.

Re: *Spock/Zachary Quinto Appreciation Zone*

I love the idea of ZQ and Madonna in cahoots. ontd was a bit upset about it, but I found it quite amusing. I want them to be best friends and share fashion advice.

Of course, Wynter's idea works for me too.
