Boneless pork rib TV dinner. I understand that the cafeteria won't always have something I can eat (wheat allergy), but having to skip over half of the meals that I have to pay out the ass for ahead of time is getting a tad old.

Blackened sword fish with mango salsa. We had a couple of freakishly warm days here, and I'd picked up a fresh mango, so figured I'd take advantage of both and fire up the grill. Did grilled salmon with tzatziki (left over from the souvlaki last week) the night before. We're sort of in a fish mode this week.

Verrrrry hot chili (we're talking 4 big, ripe scotch bonnets). Can't wait until October, then it'll be naga jolokia time (if my plants survive that long, I've never grown any kind of pepper before and I don't know what kind of nutrients or care they need, can anyone chime in with some tips if they've grown them successfully before?).

TREKKIEMONSTER I was thinking of Cartoon Network's Dexter who had an episode involving Omlette du Frommage! I had no idea SM did it first - will have to hunt it down on teh interweb!
