Movies Seen in 2010
d. John Lee Hancock s. Sandra Bullock, Tim McGraw, Quinton Aaron, Kathy Bates Based on the True Story of Michael Orr and how he was adopted by the Tuohy family, played football at a private school then Ole Miss, and finally the Baltimore Ravens. I really enjoyed this movie. It's a little over the top in the middle when all the coaches start their recruiting, but overall I love this movie. It's heartwarming, funny, and has some great acting from the main cast. Great way to start off the new year with movies! I have a goal of 365 this year, by the way. |

Re: Movies Seen in 2010
I gather this thread is for movies we see at the cinema, on TV or on DVD?

Re: Movies Seen in 2010
I know it was low budget, but of all the early low budget movies of directors who would go on to greatness, this was the cheapest-looking one of all. The Evil Dead movies looked pristine compared to this. But that's only a minor complaint. I still enjoyed the movie thoroughly from start to finish. The lawnmower scene and the scene with the baby in the park are classic.
