I have a good 1/2 (at least) of the Shatner special editions on VHS.

If I had the technology, I'd share with you guys.

Great stuff. Does Nimoy go over the same material? Or were his presentations different? Are you planning to run through the episodes in production order, with Mudd's Women & The Enemy Within next? Or maybe pick out the most popular ones? Either way, keep up the good work! Everyone (including me) really appreciate what you're doing.

Got "The Man Trap" up tonight...

http://apieceoftheaction66.blogspot....pecial_27.html

As for doing them in order- It all depends on what tape I find next really. I have a bunch finished already, just awaiting encoding and uploading, but they jump around between seasons. And there are some tapes that I haven't found yet...

And thanks for the kind words!

^This is a real trip down memory lane. Thank you. Unfortunately, this one still has that lout from TV Guide mucking up the "Star Trek Insights" with his inaccurate and slightly pandering information. Not to mention, he comes off as full of (sh)it.

Yeah, maybe I should just edit him out when I do these

I trimmed up "City" last night. Should have it uploaded soon. Harlan is one angry guy...

Hmmmmm.... I think Nimoy covered new ground.

I THINK he was more 'behind the scenes politics' centered than Shatner's sorta 'fannish' perspective.

As I mentioned on youtube already... thank you, thank you, thank you. This is my favorite "Star Trek Insights" that Sci-Fi channel did for their run.

If I ever have the time and wherewithal I plan on transferring my analog VHS batch of Nimoy hosted SciFi programs to digital and post to your blog potablog or on YouTube.

Thank you so much for these. They are the most informative episode-specific insights I have seen, and the fact that they are delivered by the cast and crew make them treasures. I wish they had been on the DVDs.
